We do not broker the work out and then chase it. Layout, framing, board, tape and grid all come from the same crew, which means one person is accountable for the whole interior and that person answers the phone.
Metal Stud Framing
Light gauge layout and framing for partitions, soffits, shafts and fire-rated assemblies. Laid out off your drawings, plumb and on grid.

Hang, tape and finish through Level 5. Fire-rated and moisture-resistant board, offset joints, and a surface that takes paint without telegraphing.

Labor House has been framing commercial interiors around Colorado Springs since 2015. Curtis Byers II runs the field. Annie Fodge runs everything else. Between them you get one number to call and a straight answer at the end of it.
We would rather tell you a date we can hold than the date you want to hear. If the schedule you have been handed is not real, you will find that out from us in the bid, not three weeks into the job.

Three Steps, and You Sign Off on Each One
Takeoff and Bid
Send the plan set. We take off the framing, board and grid, flag anything in the drawings that is going to cause a fight later, and come back with a number and a duration.
Layout and Frame
Walls snapped off your control lines, track set, studs plumb and on grid. Nothing gets covered until you have walked it. We do not touch a stud before the layout is approved.
Board, Finish and Grid
Hang, tape and finish to the level the spec calls for, grid hung to elevation and squared to the room. Punch list closed out before we pull off the job, not after.
Send Us the Drawings
Plans, a scope, or even a set of photos and a walk date. We will come back with a number and a schedule we can actually hold, usually inside two business days.
